This is Mickey Mouse amusement token from my collection.
Obverse & Reverse : Same image and same inscription. In the top half corner the word " WHERE A KID CAN BE A KID " ". In the bottom half corner the number (year) 2005. In the centre the image of Mickey Mouse with word "C" in the cap of Mickey.
